POLICIES:

Each month you will receive 2, 30 minute lesson credits for 1-1 lessons, and you can schedule that in the calendar system or email us to set up a regular schedule.

You will also be able to sign up for any amount of group classes.

Once you complete this form and the deposit payment form, you will receive confirmation of receipt. Your card will be charged on the final day of each month before the month being billed (i.e. Jan 31 for the month of February).

We will reach out within 24 hours with your log in information. If you sign up between the 15th and the 31 of the month, you will be refunded 50% of the first month's fees, and you will receive 1, 30 minute 1-1 lesson for that first month, and attendance to any group lessons remaining in the month.

If you request to stop lessons, the date we receive the email is the valid date of request to stop, and if this date is after the 2nd of the month, you will not be refunded for that current month.

If you register for a 1-1 class and need to cancel, you can cancel in the calendar system or email [email protected] to cancel. If you do so at least 24 hours before the class was scheduled to start, you will receive that lesson credit back for the month to reschedule. If not, you will lose that credit.
