By submitting this request, I understand and agree to the following:

Permanent Deletion: All the personal data associated with my account, as detailed in this request, will be permanently erased from Funnels With Felicia and Swanked, LLC's systems. This action is irreversible.
Loss of Access and Functionality: The erasure of my data may result in the loss of access to certain services, features, or content provided by Funnels With Felicia and Swanked, LLC's. I acknowledge that personalized settings, preferences, and any saved content may be unrecoverable.
Potential Impact on Related Services: If my data is linked to other services or third-party applications, erasing it may affect my ability to use those services or may lead to the loss of associated data within those services.
Responsibility for Backup: If there is any data that I wish to retain, I am solely responsible for creating a backup or copy of that data before submitting this request. Funnels With Felicia and Swanked LLC's is not responsible for retaining a copy of my data after the erasure process is complete.
Timeframe for Processing: I understand that the data erasure process may take up to 30 days to complete, as allowed by applicable law. I will be notified once the process has been finalized.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I acknowledge that this request will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No Entitlement to Refunds: I understand that submitting this request for data erasure and the subsequent removal of my access to Funnels With Felicia and Swanked LLC's services does not entitle me to a refund for any fees paid, including subscription fees or one-time purchases. This is in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase or subscription.
