Women’s physical and mental health
Diversity, equity, and inclusion
Business literacy and entrepreneurship
Communication and relationships

We typically don’t focus on:

Pediatric clinical content
Patient care management

Successful topics from the past include:

Graceful self-promotion
Reproductive and menopausal health
Social media development and strategies
Life optimization strategies
Practice management

Here are a few topics that will be given preference for Retreat 2025:

Menopause
Optimizing physical and emotional health
Self-leadership
Overcoming socio-political barriers to achieve wins for a community

Coming in Fall 2024...

Women in Pediatrics will be hosting a live virtual event that brings together dozens of thought leaders from across the field of pediatrics (and beyond!). This free event will provide CME with our livestream video and audio content. Attendees can upgrade their ticket for 12 months of on-demand access and other perks.

Sessions will be recorded virtually in the summer of 2024. All speakers will have the opportunity to participate in our affiliate program to earn a percentage of ticket sales for referring attendees to the virtual event.

Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions below. Please do not submit a faculty application if you do not accept these terms and conditions.

We offer a base honorarium of $500-1000 per session at Retreat, depending on the session type. If you believe your expertise, experience, or influence justifies a higher rate, you may provide supporting evidence in the application above.
For speakers at Summit, no honorarium is provided, but you may join our affiliate program to earn commissions on sales from your network.
All faculty members have the opportunity to join our affiliate program to enhance their experience and deepen their impact. More details will be available soon.
If accepted to the faculty, you agree to purchase a ticket to attend the event within 21 days. Failure to do so may result in retraction of our offer.
We will provide a list of due dates with your speaker agreement and reserve the right to cancel any speaker who does not comply with deadlines or requests.
Once your session title is accepted, it cannot be changed without prior written approval from Women in Pediatrics.
Any audio, video, or photographic media obtained of your work with us is the sole property of Women in Pediatrics, and you grant us unrestricted usage for any purpose.
You agree not to disclose any details regarding this application process or any ensuing agreement, including its terms, conditions, and financial arrangements.
