Join us to upgrade your meditation practice! In this class we will teach you how to use crystals, mudras and essential oils to enhance your mediation practice. You will receive an ebook to utilize throughout class as we learn, spend time practicing with each modality, meditating and journaling your process as you magnify your meditation practice. You will also leave with a crystal infused rollerball of essential oil to magnify your practice at home.
